Somewhere

This is one of my favorites that I’ve done in the class, this still is a shot from my favorite movie “Scott Pilgrim vs The World”. While making this I took two different shots, one more complex and one more simple. Unfortunately, the complex didn’t end up working out, so this was the one used instead. For this frame, I actually took out Michael Cera, who was standing in the position I’m in, and recreated the background to make it seem like he was never there in the first place. Then I did some lighting effects and placed myself in there, added some shadow to the wall, and did some scaling. Now it looks almost like I’m a part of the movie!

Portfolio

I had such a great time in this class and learned a lot that will help me in my career. These new software like Photoshop and Illustrator will be integral to my films moving forward.

Autoscopy

This one is my favorite that I've done for this class. For this project, I used my fear of being watched to create an unsettling image. I used the hands tearing out to illustrate the feeling of escape, but never being able to which is represented by the hands around the neck.
